Key Responsibilities

oHandles projects or work with a defined scope in own discipline and typically has short term focus

oWorks with guidance on small to mid-size projects

oConducts needs-based training sessions via advisors and agency staff

oWorks as a liaison with business and PMO areas with respect to scoping, reviewing and finalizing project requirements

oIdentifies and documents detailed operational readiness requirements for systems enhancements based on knowledge of business needs

oAggressively manage business requests with Ops partners and management

oDrive continuous process improvement and increase operations efficiency.

oEnsure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal supervisory control procedures

oLead associates through a changing environment while maintaining focus on the overall strategy

oSupport the implementation of MMLIS's strategic initiatives

oDeliver the highest level of service to our field, internal clients, and instill a service culture in the team

oConduct meetings to discuss strategy and help streamline procedures

Basic Qualifications

o2-5 years of related Broker-Dealer operations experience

oHS degree

oQualified Candidates must be authorized to work in the US for any employer without requiring Visa Sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

oBachelor's degree

oFINRA licenses a plus

oSkill in working with all levels of the organization including both internal & external business partners

oAssist with training and developing team members

oSuperior written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

oListening skills

oExcellent problem solving and analytical skills

oTime management (multi-tasking)

oDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance


oStrong service attitude and the ability to instill in others

oNegotiation skills
