Project Manager III- Keurig Connected Program
Are you interested in joining our dynamic and innovative team at Keurig Green Mountain to shape the future of IoT at a leader in consumer beverages and appliances? Our Keurig Connected Business Unit (KCBU) team is charged with developing and executing Keurig's overall IoT strategy, including the connected product roadmap, the enabling technology platforms to bring them to market, and the data monetization opportunities that connected products can deliver.
This role will lead and collaborate oncomplex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your project, and program expertise.The chosen candidate will implement and guide projects through the PMO processes and policies, oversee the work of project staff, and work with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop technical strategies and solutions. The role will require demonstrated program, project and product development experience coupled with competence in B2C, mobile application development and IoT technologies. This person will work across a broad spectrum of Keurig functions, including key members of the KCBU Global Marketing, Technology and eCommerce organization. The Project Manager will work under the Senior Director, KCBU Program Management and will be expected to maintain project schedule, project staffing, status and financial accountability per Keurig PMO standards.

*What you will do:*
* Build valued working relationships with technical subject matter experts on the teams as well as with stakeholders and upper management.
* Manage the integration and interoperation of this solution with parallel supporting Keurig Enterprise Applications and Digital environment
* Coordinate and manage product development and integrated release management for sustained solution development and deployment
* Collaborate on the development of ROI models and criteria for connected, marketing, eCommerce project prioritization
* Provide coordination of all of the resources, both internal and external, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
* Act as the official manager and communicator of delivery dates, key milestones, risk mitigation and status
* Facilitate project and process meetings face-to-face and via conference calls as needed.
* Work with business Subject Matter Expert on User Acceptance Testing. Provide input and guidance to ensure effective and timely testing is completed.
* Work with IT Infrastructure and other IT Application Teams on System, Integration, Performance, Security, and Regression Testing.
* Manage projects within PMO designated tools in support of communication and project reporting.
* Work with trainers, project team, end users and end user support team to develop and implement training and support programs to ensure acceptance and effective use of the new processes and systems
* Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by Keurig Green Mountain and the department
*What you must have:*
* BS/BA in a technical, or business related discipline with relevant work experience
* 5 to 7 years of successful technical/business systems project management experience, preferably in a digital business unit
* Proven track record of working collaboratively with developers to build and manage complex software (or combined software/hardware) delivery programs, preferably in mass market consumer electronics.
* Connected / IoT application, integration, system and or product development experience a plus
* Direct experience with Ecommerce platforms, data architecture and standard enterprise software application development methodologies and lifecycles, including Agile
* Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience
* Competency in project and program management, budgeting, scheduling, risk management and task estimation
* Atlassian toolset (JIRA and Confluence) and Planview (program management software) understanding a plus
* Comfortable with coordinating and driving multi-task, multi-level program - project plans and schedules, bug tracking and timely issue resolution or escalation for resolution/decision
* Meeting facilitation skills including setting agendas, task management, time management, taking minutes, managing documentation, and action item management both formal and informal settings
* Ability to comfortably work in a fast paced, often ambiguous and event driven environment
* Demonstrate exceptional organizational and leadership skill, outstanding written and verbal communication talent, and an appropriate aptitude for user experience design, software engineering, and software testmethodologies.
* Effective and sound decision making skills, influencing, and leadership
* MS Office fluency, including MS Project and MS Excel
