If so, then apply to become a member of our team. Position Description: This role will have direct selling responsibility in one of SEA's largest key accounts. Senior Sales Manager will manage sales plan and implement key account strategies for assigned responsibilities. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Role is responsible for revenue generation on one of our carrier accounts managing the Northeast region of the US
* Individual will drive sales in region, driving services and working on new opportunities
* Lead relationship management at the customer submarket level which includes leading periodic onsite planning and operational review meetings resulting in quarterly and monthly forecasts from customer to Samsung
* Capturing upselling opportunities and managing commercial issues as they arise and managing relationship with local customer organization and local Samsung organization ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving excellent communication and effective problem resolution between both Samsung and customer
* Role also leads understanding of customer's local market business insights and plans.
* Foster strong relationships with key customer contacts in order to successfully position Samsung's portfolio
* Identifying new business solution opportunity for customer
* Manage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of Samsung's network products and services.
* Establish high-level as well as tactical relationships within carrier account, field sales, marketing, and product teams.
* Manage cross-functional teams towards the launch and promotion of new solutions.
* Sales manager must be able to direct the resolution of complex operational and organizational problems. Background/Experience required:
* Bachelor's Degree in business with 10-12 years' experience is required
* Prior experience with minimum of 8 years directly related success in technology wireless sales, business development and/or OEMs and Carrier sales is required.
* Senior Sales Manager must possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong negotiation skills, and client management skills.
* MS Office experience is required
**Necessary Skills / Attributes**
Ability to work in a team environment in order to achieve sales objectives and to complete assignments within established time frames. Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company to promote sales results. Demonstrated competency in persuasive communication skills using both oral and written modes for internal and external personnel at all management and staff organizational levels. The ability to accept tasks and problems/situations that differ, requiring creativity to develop solutions to accomplish the desired goal. Interact with all levels within the organization and has frequent external contacts. Physical/Mental Demands Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC's, printers, copiers, faxes, and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position. Consistently demonstrates a commitment to policies and procedures, including but not limited to, attendance, confidentiality, conflict of interest and ethical responsibilities.
